FAQ
Product and Service Information
What types of clothing do you offer for embroidery?
We offer a wide range of products that can be embroidered for company branding, including hoodies, T-shirts, tote bags, aprons, tracksuit tops and bottoms, shorts, and many other items. We are constantly working on expanding our product range as much as possible. For individual customers, we have selected a range of high-quality products featuring a large number of ready-made embroidery designs.
Can I bring my own clothing for embroidery?
At the moment, we do not offer this type of service. Not every piece of clothing or fabric is suitable for embroidery, especially if it has already been washed and worn many times. If you would like to restore a piece of clothing you love, we recommend checking out our wide selection of patches, which you can iron on or sew onto the item of your choice.
What designs do you offer?
We offer a wide range of themed designs, including anime, art, cartoons, movies, games, sports, and more. We also offer many designs created through collaborations with different brands and graphic artists. You can browse the full selection of designs on our website, in the Thready Shop and Collaborations sections.
Can I request a personalized design?
Of course! We’re always happy to have the chance to bring your ideas to life through embroidery. If you would like a personalized design, feel free to send us an inquiry through our website or contact us through one of our social media channels.
How can I know that my design will look good when embroidered on fabric?
Every design we digitize is first tested on the same type of material as the clothing it will be embroidered on. This helps us avoid potential issues and achieve the best possible embroidery quality. Every design we offer has been tested. You can also see many embroidered designs in our image gallery and in the product photos across our website.
Design and Personalization
We always do our best to make the embroidered design look as close as possible to the original artwork.
However, embroidery has certain technical limitations that need to be considered for the final result to look good. Some designs are better suited for printing and may not be possible to recreate in embroidery at a specific size.
During the process of creating a personalized design, we will explain everything clearly and provide our recommendations.
The main limitations are the size of the design and the number of colors used in it, up to 15 colors. Some designs need to be embroidered at a certain minimum size in order to look clean, detailed, and high-quality.
After you contact us and send all the necessary information, we will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
Please include the desired design size, the clothing item you would like embroidered, an image of the design, and your deadline.
We will then contact you within 3 to 5 business days with more information about your order and the price.
Of course! We offer a wide range of thread shades in all colors, and we will always agree on the final choice together.
A single design can include up to 15 colors, as this is the limit of the embroidery machines we use.
If the design belongs to one of the categories available on our website, there are no additional costs. If the design includes elements that are specific only to you, there is an additional charge for embroidery digitization and testing. The price depends on the size and complexity of the design.
For example, if we do not currently offer a design of your favorite anime character, we will not charge extra for preparing and testing that design.
However, if the design is something very specific to you, such as a date, drawing, or custom graphic, the preparation and test embroidery will be charged additionally.
Pricing and Payment
The price depends on several factors, the most important being the size of the design, the stitch count, the complexity of the embroidery, and the quantity of clothing items the same design will be embroidered on.
Of course! Depending on the size of the order, a discount may be applied.
We accept secure online card payments. You can pay for your order using a credit or debit card during checkout.
All card payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
Depending on the order and its total value, a deposit may be required for some larger custom orders.
Product Care and Maintenance
Washing and care instructions for embroidered items depend on the material the item is made from, so you should always follow the care instructions for that specific clothing item.
For every product ordered from us, we will include care instructions with the product. Care instructions for all products we embroider will also be available on our website.
One of the biggest advantages of embroidery compared to print is its durability. Embroidery is long-lasting, does not fade easily, and keeps its look over time when cared for properly.
With frequent wear, accidental damage can sometimes happen, and a thread may become slightly loose. If this occurs, we recommend gently trimming any loose thread and contacting us for advice before trying to repair it yourself.
There are different materials used to make threads for machine embroidery.
We use threads and production materials from Madeira, a manufacturer from Germany, when creating your favorite embroidered clothing.
Polyester threads are most commonly used because they help achieve the shiny effect often seen in embroidered designs. There are also many other types of embroidery threads, including wool and cotton threads, viscose threads, metallic and matte threads, glow-in-the-dark threads, and many more.
We do not recommend ironing directly over the embroidery, either from the front or the back, as this can seriously damage it.
Instead, place a piece of fabric, such as a towel or cloth, over the embroidery and iron over that protective layer.
